who performed the Non Destructive Testing to ensure the velocity of the
inventory of $15+ million of forged parts to the customers dock. Magnablend, Inc. Waxahachie, Texas 2011-2013
Plant Manager – Williston, North Dakota Direct manufacturing and plant operations at the
North Dakota chemical blending facility, including planning, developing and
implementing organizational policies. Developed a high performance
workforce and a flexible manufacturing system to meet our changing customer
needs in the oil field. Plant growth in first six months from one 8 hour
shift with 3 employees to four 12 hour shifts with 16 employees.
Production growth doubled and shipments tripled. Environmental Cleanup Site Manager
Managed a $50M+ cleanup of chemical fire site
which operated 24/7 for over 7 months.
Maintained close relationships with TCEQ, EPA, OSHA, lawyers, insurance
companies, and private property owners.
Worked directly with the President/CEO, Vice-Presidents and Director of
Technical Services to ensure the project was done according to EPA and TCEQ standards.
Oversaw the ordering of equipment, materials and labor and worked diligently
